Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 2 pieces whole chicken breast (skinless boneless)
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.75 tsp ground pepper
  • 0.75 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Pasta

  • 8 oz dry penne pasta

Vegetables & Add-ins

  • 1.5 cup croutons
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 0.75 cup caesar dressing
  • 0.33 cup parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  • Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through, then cube.
  • Cook pasta according to package, then cool.
  • Combine chicken, pasta, croutons, lettuce, dressing, and cheese in a bowl.
  • Mix well and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, use less dressing or low-fat options.
