Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
Mix Dijon mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, mayonnaise, garlic, and Parmesan until smooth.
Chop romaine and add to the dressing.
Stir in cooked pasta and shredded chicken, then toss to coat.
Serve immediately or chill for better flavor.
Notes
For extra flavor, add croutons or a sprinkle of additional Parmesan before serving.
