Instructions
Cook rice and steam broccoli until tender. Shred chicken and chop onion and garlic.
Mix condensed soup with milk, salt, pepper, and herbs. Add sautéed onion and garlic.
Combine rice, broccoli, chicken, and sauce. Mix well, reserving some cheese.
Transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle remaining cheese, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to meld flavors.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best texture and flavor.
