  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken breasts in a skillet with olive oil, salt, and pepper until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Let chicken rest, then slice into strips. Warm tortillas for 15-20 seconds.
  • Spread ranch dressing on tortillas, add chicken, diced avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
  • Fold sides and roll tightly into burritos. Optional: crisp in skillet for a golden exterior.
