Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken or 2 chicken breasts, salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated cheese mozzarella recommended
  • 1 unit avocado diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan, cook chicken with salt and pepper for 5 minutes each side, then add mustard and water, cook covered for a few minutes.
  • Cut cooked chicken into thin strips.
  • Mix chicken, cheese, cilantro, and diced avocado.
  • Spread sour cream on tortillas, add filling, and roll up.
  • Heat oil in a pan, cook burritos for 2 minutes per side until golden.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime or hot sauce.
