2cupscooked and shredded chickenor 2 chicken breasts, salt and pepper to taste
1cupgrated cheesemozzarella recommended
1unitavocadodiced
2tablespoonscilantrochopped
4largetortillas
4tablespoonssour cream
1tablespoonoil
Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan, cook chicken with salt and pepper for 5 minutes each side, then add mustard and water, cook covered for a few minutes.
Cut cooked chicken into thin strips.
Mix chicken, cheese, cilantro, and diced avocado.
Spread sour cream on tortillas, add filling, and roll up.
Heat oil in a pan, cook burritos for 2 minutes per side until golden.
Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime or hot sauce.
