Instructions
Cook penne pasta until al dente, then drain.
Sauté chicken pieces in olive oil with salt and pepper until golden (~6-8 min).
Add garlic, broccoli, and bell peppers; cook until vegetables are tender (~5 min).
Pour in heavy cream, simmer, then stir in Parmesan until melted.
Mix cooked pasta into the sauce and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs.
