Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes.
While sweet potatoes roast, season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
Steam or blanch broccoli florets until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Slice cooked chicken and assemble bowls with roasted sweet potatoes, broccoli, and chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
