Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (chicken flavored)
  • 1-2 lbs Chicken Breasts, boneless/skinless/diced
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 16 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves, minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  • Prepare stuffing according to package directions and spread evenly over the chicken mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.

Notes

For a healthier option, use low-sodium cream of chicken soup and adjust seasoning to taste.
