Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
Combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
Prepare stuffing according to package directions and spread evenly over the chicken mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.
