chicken fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
boneless and skinless
Vegetables

fresh broccoli florets

vegetable oil

soy sauce

oyster sauce

cloves
garlic, minced

teaspoon
ginger, minced
salt and pepper to taste

cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
steamed rice, for serving
Instructions
Prepare chicken by cutting into bite-sized pieces and seasoning with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add chicken to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through, then set aside.
In the same pan, add remaining oil and broccoli, stir-fry until tender-crisp.
Return chicken to the pan, add soy and oyster sauce, and stir to coat.
Add cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce, then serve over steamed rice.
Notes
Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
