Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 2 pieces small chicken breasts cut into ½ inch pieces

Bread

  • 1 loaf Italian style loaf

Seasonings & Spices

  • 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning (or salt, pepper, garlic powder)
  • 1.5 sticks unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic (or garlic paste)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with olive oil and poultry seasoning for 10 minutes.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet until golden, then set aside.
  • Slice bread and spread garlic butter mixture on both halves.
  • Toast bread until golden, then prepare Alfredo sauce in same pan.
  • Spread sauce on bread, add chicken and cheese, then bake for 5 minutes.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional parsley before serving.
