Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls

A delicious twist on classic Alfredo, served in crispy garlic bread bowls filled with tender chicken and pasta.

Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)

Bread

  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls (or more if needed)

Sauce & Seasonings

  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3-4 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with garlic herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil for 6-8 minutes.
  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • Hollow out rolls to create bowls, brush with garlic butter, and toast at 375°F for 4-5 minutes.
  • Mix cooked pasta with Alfredo sauce and cooked chicken.
  • Fill bread bowls with the pasta mixture, top with parmesan, and bake for 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes before serving.
