Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic, cook for 1 minute, then stir in seasonings, Worcestershire, water, and cook until water evaporates.
Mix in cooked pasta, salsa, and cheese; stir until cheese melts and everything is combined.
Serve immediately topped with crushed tortilla chips, sour cream, and parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime or hot sauce.
