Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and cut the baby potatoes, then slice the smoked sausage into rounds.
Mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
Toss potatoes with olive oil and half of the seasoning mix, then spread on a baking sheet with sausage.
Roast for 35-40 minutes, add cheese, and bake until melted.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot with sour cream if desired.
