Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken

  • 2 cups instant rice

Canned Goods

  • 22.6 oz cream of chicken soup

Seasonings

  • 1 oz ranch seasoning

Dairy

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)

Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook rice as per package instructions.
  • Mix cooked chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and 1 cup shredded cheese.
  • Transfer mixture to a prepared casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and serve warm. Optional: garnish with parsley.

Notes

For a healthier option, use low-fat cheese and reduce salt.
