Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook rice as per package instructions.
Mix cooked chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and 1 cup shredded cheese.
Transfer mixture to a prepared casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and serve warm. Optional: garnish with parsley.
Notes
For a healthier option, use low-fat cheese and reduce salt.
