Meat and Fillings

  • 1 pound ground beef or substitute with ground turkey or plant-based alternative
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Taco Bell chipotle sauce adjust to taste
  • 6 large flour tortilla wraps
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Diced tomatoes for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Cilantro cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven and cook tater tots until crispy.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet, season with salt and pepper, then drain excess grease.
  • Mix cooked beef, crushed tater tots, cheeses, and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Warm tortillas, then fill with mixture, drizzle with chipotle sauce, and add sour cream.
  • Fold tortillas into burritos, place seam side down, top with cheese, and bake until melted.
  • Garnish with diced tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro. Serve hot.

Notes

For a healthier option, use lean meat and low-fat cheese.
