Instructions
Preheat oven and cook tater tots until crispy.
Brown ground beef in a skillet, season with salt and pepper, then drain excess grease.
Mix cooked beef, crushed tater tots, cheeses, and seasonings in a bowl.
Warm tortillas, then fill with mixture, drizzle with chipotle sauce, and add sour cream.
Fold tortillas into burritos, place seam side down, top with cheese, and bake until melted.
Garnish with diced tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro. Serve hot.
Notes
