Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until beef is browned; drain fat.
Add rice, beef broth, and mushroom soup; season and simmer for 5 minutes.
Transfer to baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil, add cheese, and bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding your favorite vegetables to the mix.
