Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon instant dry yeast
  • ¾ cup warm milk about 110°F
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cheese filling

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for garlic butter)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm milk and melted butter; form dough.
  • Knead dough, let rise covered for 1 hour until doubled.
  • Punch down dough, divide into 12 pieces, fill with cheese, shape into balls.
  • Arrange rolls in a greased dish, prepare garlic butter, and drizzle over.
  • Let rise 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parsley before baking.
