Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the bread loaf into a grid pattern without cutting all the way through.
Mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread between the cuts and over the top.
Stuff shredded cheeses into the cuts and drizzle with olive oil if using.
Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with green onions if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush the bread with olive oil before baking and add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
