shredded mozzarella cheese

unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
Cut a 1-inch grid into the loaf without cutting through the bottom crust.
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Stuff cheese into the cuts.
Brush the loaf with garlic butter and wrap in foil. Bake for 15 minutes.
Unwrap and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden and melted.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning before baking.
