Instructions
Combine sugar and yeast in a bowl, add warm water, and let foam for 5-10 minutes.
Mix flour and salt, add yeast mixture and olive oil, knead until smooth, then let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix softened butter, parsley, garlic, and salt.
Divide dough, roll into rectangles, spread butter mixture, add cheeses, roll into logs, and slice almost through.
Arrange logs in pans, top with remaining butter mixture, let rest for 15-20 minutes, then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
