Cheesy Garlic Butter Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients
  

Bread

  • 1 large round loaf of rustic bread or sourdough

Butter

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Herbs & Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  • Cut the bread diagonally into a grid pattern, about 1-2 inches apart.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the garlic butter between the cuts and over the top of the bread.
  • Stuff mozzarella and Parmesan cheese into the crevices.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional herbs or cheese before baking.
