Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut dough into 30 squares and mozzarella sticks into 30 pieces. Wrap each piece of cheese with dough, sealing into balls.
Arrange balls in a tree shape on the baking sheet, seam side down. Brush with egg wash.
Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden. Meanwhile, melt butter and mix with half of parmesan, garlic, and herbs. Brush over baked bread and sprinkle remaining parmesan.
Serve warm with marinara or pesto for dipping.
