Cauliflower

or 3–4 cups riced cauliflower

tablespoon
butter or olive oil

shredded cheddar cheese
or cheese blend

cream cheese
to taste
Salt and pepper

garlic powder, onion powder, chopped parsley, or grated parmesan
Instructions
Pulse cauliflower florets in a food processor until rice-like.
Sauté cauliflower in butter or oil for 5–7 minutes until tender.
Add cream cheese and shredded cheddar, stirring until melted and coated.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices. Serve warm.
Notes
