  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced, optional

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the cauliflower florets thoroughly. Pulse in a food processor until rice-sized or grate using a box grater.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds if using.
  • Add cauliflower rice to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Serve immediately.
