Instructions
Pulse cauliflower in a food processor until rice-like; set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet, scramble eggs, then remove.
Add remaining butter, cook carrots, onion, and cauliflower until tender, then add garlic.
Return eggs, add peas, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and Sriracha; cook briefly.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, serve immediately.

Use fresh vegetables for best flavor and texture.
