Instructions
Pat salmon dry, rub with olive oil, and season with Cajun seasoning and salt.
Heat skillet over medium-high, sear salmon skin-side up for 3 minutes, then flip and cook for 2 minutes.
Melt butter in a saucepan, add honey, soy sauce, and garlic; simmer and squeeze in lemon juice.
Pour sauce over salmon, cook while spooning sauce for another 3-5 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, serve with lemon wedges and sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate in the Cajun seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking.
