Instructions
Cook rice in chicken stock until tender, then set aside.
Season chicken with Cajun spices and sear in oil until cooked through.
In the same pan, sauté garlic, onion, bell pepper, and celery until softened.
Mix in cream cheese and Parmesan until creamy and heated through.
Combine cooked rice with the chicken and vegetable mixture. Serve hot.
