Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked.
Wash and chop romaine lettuce, then place in a large bowl.
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and anchovy paste to make the dressing.
Slice grilled chicken and add to the salad, then drizzle with dressing and toss.
Top with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat mayonnaise and reduce cheese amount.
