Ingredients
  

Bread

  • 1 loaf crusty bread (such as baguette or ciabatta)
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (torn or whole)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (plus more for drizzling)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice bread, drizzle with olive oil, and toast for 8-10 minutes.
  • Mix cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper.
  • Top toasted bread slices with tomato mixture.
  • Place burrata on top of each bruschetta and drizzle with extra olive oil and balsamic if desired.
