Instructions
Mix all spices in a small bowl and set aside.
Sauté onions and bell peppers in olive oil for 4-5 minutes, then remove and set aside.
Brown ground turkey in the same pan, season with salt and pepper, then add back vegetables, garlic, and tomato paste; stir well.
Add bulgur, shredded apples, crushed tomatoes, and chicken broth; bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes until cooked.
Stir in diced apples and chopped walnuts, rest for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Use fresh spices for the best flavor and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
