Ingredients
  

Chicken and Sauce

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded About 2 medium chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce

Wrap Fillings

  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Seasoning

  • to taste salt and pepper Season as needed

Instructions
 

  • Heat chicken with buffalo sauce in a skillet for 5-7 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese in a bowl.
  • Place chicken mixture on tortillas, add lettuce mixture, and drizzle with ranch.
  • Fold sides and roll up tightly to enclose fillings.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas and serve immediately or refrigerate.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or chopped cilantro.
