Pasta

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cook penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
  • Add buffalo sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and creamy.
  • Combine the sauce with cooked pasta, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra spice, add more buffalo sauce or red pepper flakes.
