Ingredients
  

  • 1 container Alouette Cheese with herbs or other soft cheese spread like Boursin
  • 0.5 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
  • Pita chips, crackers or thinly sliced baguette

Instructions
 

  • Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving a 1/4 inch border around the edge.
  • Sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes and fresh basil evenly over the cheese.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top. A little goes a long way.
  • Serve with pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette.
