  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced Sweet, sun-kissed tomatoes preferred
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Can substitute with provolone or dairy-free
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced Substitute with green onions if desired
  • 4 large tortilla wraps Whole wheat or spinach wraps add nutrition
  • to taste salt and pepper salt and pepper Freshly cracked pepper adds a kick

Instructions
 

  • Spread pesto sauce evenly over each tortilla.
  • Distribute shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, mozzarella, and sliced red onion onto the pesto-covered tortillas.
