Brownie Protein Bars

Delicious and nutritious brownie protein bars perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 cup almond butter (or peanut butter, cashew butter, etc.)
  • 3/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate chips)

Instructions
 

  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix almond butter, protein powder, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until combined. Add chocolate chips.
  • Press dough into the pan evenly and top with extra chocolate chips if desired.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  • Lift out the parchment, slice into 8 bars, and enjoy.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for best freshness.
