Instructions
Bring salmon to room temp: Let salmon sit out for 10–15 minutes while preheating the oven to 375°F.
Prepare the baking dish: Place salmon skin-side down in a baking dish, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Make the glaze: Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, lemon juice, butter, salt, and pepper in a saucepan. Heat until melted and smooth.
Assemble and bake: Pour sauce over salmon, cover with foil, and bake for 10 to 25 minutes. Broil for 2–3 minutes for caramelization if desired.
Finish and serve: Let rest, transfer to a platter, drizzle with extra sauce, and serve over rice, noodles, or veggies.

For best results, use fresh salmon and adjust cooking time based on thickness.
