  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup mashed banana (2 ripe bananas)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ΒΌ teaspoon cinnamon (or more)
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well mixed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Top with your favorite toppings before serving.
