  • 1 bell pepper bell pepper, diced any color
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
  • 0.5 cup grated cheese cheddar or mozzarella

Seasonings

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare muffin pan.
  • Whisk eggs and milk until combined.
