Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 can crescent rolls

Meat

  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage

Eggs

  • 6 eggs eggs, beaten

Cheese

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Cook sausage until browned, then drain.
  • Spread crescent rolls in dish, top with sausage, then pour beaten eggs over.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes.

Notes

For a healthier option, use turkey sausage or low-fat cheese.
