steak sirloin, skirt, or flank, thinly sliced

carrots peeled and thinly sliced into ¼" coins

asparagus ends trimmed, sliced into 2" pieces

red bell pepper thinly sliced

soy sauce or coconut aminos or tamari

rice vinegar

fresh orange juice

honey

cornstarch or arrowroot powder

sesame oil
Instructions
Freeze steak for 20–30 minutes, then slice against the grain.
Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, orange juice, honey, cornstarch, and sesame oil; set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over high heat, cook steak for 3–4 minutes, then set aside.
Add remaining oil, stir fry carrots and asparagus for 3 minutes, then add peppers and snow peas, cook briefly.
Return steak to skillet, pour stir fry sauce, toss to combine, cook until heated through.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak in the sauce for 15 minutes before cooking.
