chopped candied pecans, pecans, or almonds, (if desired)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch pan.
Mix oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Whisk milk, maple syrup, melted butter, egg, and vanilla; combine with dry ingredients. Fold in 1 cup blueberries.
Pour into pan, top with remaining blueberries and nuts.
Bake for 40 minutes, cool for 5, then serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before baking.
