Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 2 teaspoon salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1 2 cup cold butter
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • zest and juice of one lemon lemon zest and juice
  • 1 2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Cut in cold butter until coarse crumbs.
  • Gently fold in blueberries, lemon zest, and juice.
  • Add heavy cream and stir until just combined.
  • Shape dough into a circle, cut into wedges, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes.

Notes

For best results, use fresh blueberries and chill the butter before mixing.
