Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 0.25 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • Dash sea salt
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients: oats, chia seeds, and sea salt.
  • Combine wet ingredients: milk, vanilla, lemon zest, and maple syrup.
  • Gently fold in blueberries.
  • Divide mixture into jars or containers.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir and add toppings if desired.
