Oats

  • 0.33 cup old-fashioned oats not instant
  • 0.33 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 0.33 cup almond milk vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl or jar.
  • Mix well and cover.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, top with sliced bananas and blueberries.
