Liquid

  • 1 cup oat milk or any milk of your choice

Add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional for added fiber
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional for extra sweetness
  • to taste Ice cubes optional for a thicker texture

Instructions
 

  • Add blueberries, banana, oat milk, chia seeds, and honey to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a thicker texture.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
