Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease muffin pan or line with paper liners.
Mix mashed bananas, egg, honey, vanilla, and milk in a bowl.
Add oats, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon; stir until combined. Fold in blueberries.
Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full; add extra blueberries on top if desired.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
