Blackberry Scones

Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 2 cups self-rising flour or 2 cups flour + 1 tbsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp sugar coconut sugar or granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ cups whipping cream

Blackberries

  • 1 container fresh blackberries ~ 1 ½ cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Mix flour, sugar, blackberries, and stir. Add cream and combine into dough.
  • Gather dough, pat into a ¾" thick circle on a baking sheet, and cut into 8 wedges.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh blackberries for best flavor and texture.
