Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch pan.
Pulse flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and lemon zest in a food processor. Add butter, egg, and vanilla; pulse until crumbly.
Press half of dough into the pan; set aside remaining for topping.
Mix sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice; fold in blackberries. Spread over crust. Crumble remaining dough on top.
Bake for 45 minutes until top is slightly brown. Cool before cutting.
