Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper.
Mix flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Add melted butter and press into pan. Bake 15–18 minutes.
Purée blackberries and strain to remove seeds, yielding about ¾ cup.
Whisk eggs and sugar, then add lemon juice, zest, flour, and blackberry puree. Pour over crust.
Bake 22–25 minutes until set. Cool completely, dust with powdered sugar, and cut into 16 squares.
Notes
Use fresh blackberries for best flavor. Store in an airtight container.
