Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and stir until combined.
Heat over medium-high, stirring until berries burst and sugar dissolves.
Use a potato masher to press berries until smooth.
Increase heat and cook until the jam reaches 220°F, stirring occasionally (about 25-30 minutes).
Remove from heat, cool slightly, then transfer to jars for storage.
Notes
Using a candy thermometer helps achieve the perfect jam consistency.
